Include your name, purchase date, PayPal transaction number or other transaction number and we will exchange  or refund your PayPal account minus the Shipping charges  after the item is received. Items must be in good original condition and packaged in original package if possible.  1headwear.com will not accept COD packages.  The Warranties listed above are the only Warranties. There are no Warranties for a Particular Purpose, Expressed or Implied and none shall be construed by law. Your rights vary from state to state.

Warranty

1headwear.com warrants the products sold on this site to be as described in the descriptions. The products are guaranteed against defects in craftsmanship for a period of 30 days.  We use the finest materials  and prints, however, we DO NOT warrant our products against fading when washed because of the variabilities of washing machines, detergents and/or bleaches.  If there is a problem with defects in craftsmanship only, we will refund your purchase price minus $5.00 for shipping and handling.
